UNC/UNF ANSI B18.2.1, Zinc plated

An imperial hexagonal bolt or hex bolt as it's commonly known, manufactured to ANSI B18.2.1. This partially threaded bolt with a plain shank and hexagonal head is ideal for heavy duty fastening applications, and usually installed with a spanner or socket tool. Manufactured in SAE Grade 5 steel equivalent to metric 8.8 high tensile steel with a bright zinc plating for an attractive appearance and medium corrosion resistance for general purpose use.
